Working on the Cab

There's that ugly carpet again! For some reason, they decided to carpet the whole cab. Not my favorite idea. Brannon ripped that up without hesitation.

My mom helped by vacuuming and cleaning the bunk cushion (she's always helping us - isn't she awesome?). We won't use this bunk cushion all the time, but when we aren't using the bunk area for storage, it's nice to have up there for an extra sleeper or two on weekend camp trips.

We took the seats out so we could easily rip out the carpet, clean underneath, and clean the seats as well before I put the newly washed seat covers back on.

And Brannon took off the ugly upholstery panel that was on the doors to see what was underneath - we were convinced that anything would be better than what was there. It was just brown plastic (like the upper part you see above the upholstery). It needs a little bit of cleaning - there's some residue leftover from where the upholstery was attached. But it's better than what was there!
