I don't know if anyone has seen the old movie "Hello Down There", but that is probably one of my favorites childhood movies. It was released in 1969, and Richard Dreyfuss is in it as a teenager (before anyone really knew who he was - his name wasn't even featured on the movie poster).
But it was a cute movie, probably one that I will buy for my future movie collection. In that movie, Richard Dreyfuss plays a teenage musician, whose girlfriend's family moves to a house under water. The whole band goes and visits this house under water and tries to get inspiration to write a song. This is what comes out:
Cute, huh? It's been a family favorite song over the last several years.
So, ALL that to say, my belly has felt like there's a little goldfish swimming around inside it lately. Haha, apparently I'm a long-winded typer (typist?). But nevertheless, my belly has inspired this post about one of my favorite old time movies. If you haven't ever watched "Hello Down There", I encourage you to do so. You won't be disappointed.
